Our story began in 2015 when we purchased a 100-acre property in Hartstown, Pennsylvania, and embarked on our commercial syrup-making journey. What started as a humble hobby in 2013, tapping just 50 trees, has now blossomed into a thriving operation with over 22,500 taps spanning 275 acres.

The family behind Nova Maple Syrup, Jake and Hailee Leveto, poured their hearts into turning their passion into a successful business. Joined by their two sons, born in 2017 and 2019, they continue to pour their energy into crafting the finest maple products for you to enjoy.
